INSTER Group, conscious that satisfying and exceeding the expectations of the clients is a key requirement to ensure the success of the company in markets more and more competitive and differentiated, establishes, as one of its high-priority objectives, the Commitment with the Improvement of the Quality, and, for that reason, it implants and maintains a System of Quality Management which is economic, effective and dynamic based on the processes in which their activities are developed.

El Sistema de Calidad del Grupo INSTER, con el propósito de describir la Política General de Calidad y medio Ambiente, así como los elementos básicos para garantizarla, se recogen en el Manual de la Calidad y Gestión de Medioambiental, procedimientos y documentos que lo desarrollaran y es de obligado cumplimiento para todo el personal del Grupo INSTER en el ejercicio de sus actividades.

INSTER Group puts all its technicians and humans resources to get the objective to satisfy and to go ahead to the necessities of the clients, and to take to the daily practice the philosophy of making things “well at the first attempt” that, implies the individual responsibility of each one in obtaining quality in the execution of its work, thus obtaining the increase the levels of both Quality and competitiveness of INSTER Group.

Quality System developed by INSTER Group is in acordance with the requirements of norm UNE-IN ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14000 , as well as military standard AQAP-PECAL 2110.

INSTER is certified by an official organization of certification according to requirements ISO 9001-2000 and, in addition, it is certified by the Spanish Ministry of Defence according to requirements AQAP-2110.
